There are a number of ways that you can do this for free, or you could buy your own domain name and get some cheap hosting and then publish your own website. Either way, it is possible to either use advertising or product sales in order to make money via this route. The downside to this approach is that it takes some time in order to see the benefits of it really start to kick in. Most people will not make money right away if they are building up web content and then trying to monetize the search traffic to it. If you are interested in creating a more sustainable, long term source of income then this might be the route for you to go.
